Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
We Styal Restaurants Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Cheshire East Council on the 6th August 2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: El Bosc Altrincham Road Styal Wilmslow Cheshire SK9 4JE
from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 12:00 hours until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 12:00 to 01:00 Friday and Saturday. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 on Friday and Saturday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Cheshire East Council Licensing Municipal Buildings Earle Street Crewe CW1 2BJ and at www.cheshireeast.gov.uk
. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Municipal Buildings Earle Street Crewe CW1 2BJ within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 03/09/2025.It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
