What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Tonkotsu Limited has applied in respect of Tonkotsu 7 High Street Cardiff CF10 1AW.

For the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To permit the supply of alcohol (on and off sales), recorded music and the premises to open: Sunday to Saturday: 10:00 to 22:30.

The licensing register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Cardiff, CF10 3ND between 9am and 4pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority of Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 9 September 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
