What is proposed?

The Local Government (Misc Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 Article 3 and Schedule 1

Notice is hereby given that I, Mehawl Jack, 13 Little James Street, Derry, BT48 7FB, have today applied to the Derry City & Strabane District Council, 98 Strand Road, Derry, for the Renewal of the Entertainments Licence in respect of Jack’s Bar,13 Little James Street, Derry, BT48 7FB. Entertainment is to be provided on the following days and between the following hours:- Monday - Wednesday 12pm to 11pm, Thursday - Saturday 12pm to 1am, Sunday 12pm to 10pm. The nature of the entertainments to be provided is as follows:- Dancing, singing, music or entertainment of a like kind.



Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this Application shall give notice to the Council stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application
