TAKE NOTICE that I, Aine McCallion, Company Director of Zer08 HL Ltd having its registered office at 65 Rosemount Avenue, Derry, BT48 0HL intend to apply to the Magistrate's Court Sitting at Londonderry Courthouse, Bishop Street, Derry BT48 6PY on Date Tbc to apply for the transfer to Zer08 HL Ltd of a licence for the premises at:
65 Rosemount Avenue, Derry, BT48 0HL which are premises of a kind specified in
Article 5(1)(e).
A Protection Order authorising Zer08 HL Ltd of 65 Rosemount Avenue, Derry, BT48 0HL to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 27th day of March 2025 by the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Londonderry Courthouse, Bishop Street, Derry BT48 6PY for a period of 6 months until 27th September 2025.
The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence: Zer08 HL Ltd, being a private limited company of which the following persons is the sole director:
(i) Aine McCallion of 65 Rosemount Avenue, Derry BT48 0HL
The owner of the premises is Chapel Street Projects Ltd.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
