VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that on 07/08/25 Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Trafford Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises Temple Inn, 103 Northenden Road, Sale, M33 2FE. The proposed variation seeks to:
Extend the time for the sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday by 1hr;
Extend the time for the sale of alcohol Friday & Saturday by 1hr earlier;
Extend the time for the sale of alcohol on Sundays by 2hrs earlier;
Extend the time for Recorded Music Monday to Thursday by 1hr;
Extend the time for closing to the public Monday to Thursday by 1hr;
Extend the time for opening to the public on Sundays by 2hrs;
Modernisation of licence conditions;
Addition of Non-Standard Timings;
Removal of existing timings for Christmas Day and Good Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
