What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that on 07/08/25 Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Trafford Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Navigation Hotel, 122 Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 4PY. The proposed variation seeks to: Extend the time for sale of alcohol by 1 hour on Friday & Saturday nights only; Extend the time for Live music by 1 hour on Friday & Saturday nights only; Extend the closing time by 1 hour on Friday and Saturday Nights only; Modernise the conditions of the premises licence. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Department, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk no later than 04/09/25 stating the grounds for representations. A copy of the full application can be viewed by arrangement with the Licensing Authority at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
