What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
DJR Food and Beverage Limited has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for Flawd, Unit 3 Mansion House, New Islington, Manchester, M4 6HF as follows: To amend Condition 1 of Annex 3 in relation to the outdoor area, so that it may be used until 11pm (from 9am currently.) No other changes to the licence are to be made. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 2 September 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
