NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises License under the above mentioned legislation has been made by: Dianne Pexman to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as: The Wine Pipe which are situated at 178-182 Freeman Street Grimsby Dn32 7AT 

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: Late Night Refreshment/Live Music/Recorded Music Monday to Sunday -23.00 to 01.00 hours Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday - 06:00 to 01:00 hours 

You may inspect the application at the offices of The Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council, Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LL. Telephone (01472)326299 or email licencing@nelincs.gov.uk during normal office hours, (by appointment only) 

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by: 11 September 2025 

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
