LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A (PREMISES LICENCE) JESMOND LIBRARY ST GEORGES TERRACE JESMOND NE2 2DL
Notice is given that Friends of Jesmond Library applied to Newcastle City Council on 12 August 2025 for a (Premises Licence) for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Live Music, Recorded Music, Films and Performance of Plays from 09.00 hours until 22.00 hours every day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:-
Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.
Representations must be received by 9 September 2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
