NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE 

Rivers Edge. Green Lane, Felling, Gateshead, NE10 0SB Notice is given that Bewick House Ltd has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. 

The licensable activities are/ Supply of alcohol (both on and off the premises) 11:00-23:00 hours Monday to Friday 10:00-23:00 Saturdays and Sundays Recorded music (indoors only) 08:00-23:00 every day Seasonal variations apply. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section. Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead, NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk 

Representations must be received no later than 3rd September 2025. 

The Application Record and Register may be viewed by emailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or telephoning 01914334741. 

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
