What is proposed?

Notice of application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Application is made by O’Donnell Moonshine Ltd for O’Donnell Moonshine Promotional Site LM18a, 1st Floor Arndale House Manchester Arndale, Manchester, M4 3AQ

For retail Sale of alcohol for offsite consumption during the hours of Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 20:00 and Sundays 11:30am - 17:30.

Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase.

Representations shall be made in writing to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk on or before: 11/09/2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
