What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT
Application has been made by Ebony Table Ltd, To Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council for premises licence for Ebony Table Restaurant and Brasserie, 11-13 The Arcade, Hatfield, Herts, AL10 0JY. The application is to permit the sale of food, light refreshments and alcohol between the hours of 11:00am and 10.30pm Sundays to Thursdays, and from 11:00am until 12.30am Fridays and Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Plus 12:00pm to 12.30am on Sundays prior to any Bank Holiday Monday.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6AE. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 1st September 2025 (www.welhat.gov.uk). It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary convictions is unlimited.
