What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Addington Palace Golf Club Limited has applied to London Borough of Croydon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Addington Palace Golf Club, Addington Park, Gravel Hill, Croydon, CR0 5BB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are Films indoors and sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 0700 to Midnight and sale of alcohol permitted on the golf course Monday to Sunday 1000 to 1900;

To provide Indoor Sporting Events, Live and Recorded Music indoors Monday to Sunday 1900 to Midnight, provision of Late Night Refreshment indoors Monday to Sunday 2300 to Midnight; all licensable activities to be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to 0400 on New Year’s Day; opening hours Monday to Sunday 0700 to 0030 the following morning, opening hours to be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to 0430 on New Year’s Day; all licensable activities and opening hours to be extended by an additional hour for any bona fide events or functions.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing sent by email to Licensing@croydon.gov.uk or sent by post to The Licensing Team, Place Department 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA no later than 3rd September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of London Borough of Croydon and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.croydon.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to  an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
