NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Nergis Limited has applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as:

Nergis Limited

336 Woodchurch Road, CH42 8PQ.

The application is for the following licensable activities:

  • Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and/or off the premises

  • Provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music)

  • Late night refreshment

Proposed Days and Times:

  • Live Music

    • Monday to Thursday: 14:00 – 17:00 and 19:00 – 23:00

    • Friday to Saturday: 14:00 – 17:00 and 19:00 – 23:30

    • Sunday: 10:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 21:00

  • Recorded Music

    • Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00

  • Supply of Alcohol

    • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 23:00

    • Friday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:30

    • Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00

  • Hours Open to the Public

    • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 23:00

    • Friday to Saturday: 08:00 – 23:30

    • Sunday: 08:00 – 23:00

The application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Authority, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED, or by emailing: licensing@wirral.gov.uk.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Authority at the above address by no later than: 04/09/2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
