Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 570-580 Ringwood Road, Poole, BH12 4LY for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 03/09/2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
