Application can be viewed by appointment only at The Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA. A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an Application for a Premise License. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on Summary Conviction for the offence is unlimited.
