Notice is hereby given that we Hamptons PH Ltd Of 114-134 Midland Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU2 0BL on 6th August 2025
Have made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the variation of our Premises Licence in respect of the premises situate at and known as Pizza Hut 71 Mutley Plain, Mutley, Plymouth PL4 6JH
The application has been made to vary the licence to extend the hours of operation
From 02:00 hrs to 04:00 hrs on Monday - Sunday (Delivery only after 00:00)
The relevant licensable activities are as follows: 23:00 - 04:00 Monday - Sunday (Delivery only after 00:00)

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
This notice must be kept exhibited for not less than 28 consecutive days from the day after the application date
