Name of Applicant: TALBOT STORES LIMITED

Premises: 52, Talbot Rd, Talbot Green, Pontyclun, CF72 8AF

Notice is given that TALBOT STORES LIMITED has applied to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 05:30 to 23:00 hours.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 09th September 2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
