What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th August 2025, Ei Group Limited applied to Elmbridge Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises The Anglers, Riverside Cottages, Manor Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2PF.
The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol, live music, and recorded music on Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 23.00 and Friday and Saturday 10.00 to 12.00.
2. To permit films Sunday to Thursday 07.00 to 23.00 and Friday and Saturday 07.00 to 00.00.
3. To permit late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23.00-00.00.
Please note – this application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, KT10 9SD, licensing@elmbridge.gov.uk, www.elmbridge.gov.uk no later than the 5th September 2025 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Elmbridge Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal business hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
