What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Ltd has applied
to Warwick District Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Five Guys,
The Shires Retail Park, Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal
Leamington Spa, CV34 6RW. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are: Provision of Regulated
Entertainment (Films and Recorded Music) from 07:00
until 02:00 Monday to Sunday; The Retail Sale of Alcohol
from 10:00 until 02:00 Monday to Sunday; The Provision
of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00 Monday
to Sunday; Opening Hours of Premises from 07:00 until
02:30 Monday to Sunday. Please see the application for full
details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Warwick District
Council, Licensing Team, Riverside House, Milverton Hill,
Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 5HZ or via email to

no later than 2nd September
2025 stating the grounds for representation.The register of

may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
