Notice of application for the renewal of a licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue. Notice is hereby given that: we DGC
(WM) Limited, applied on 12th August 2025 to Dudley
Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of the premises known
as BUNNYS BAR & Gentlemen’s Club, 93 King Street, Dudley,
West Midlands, DY2 8NZ under part ii, schedule 3 of the local
government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1982, for the
renewal of a licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue during
the opening hours of 11:00 to 07:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any objections to this application must be sent in writing to:
Directorate of Resources and Transformation, Law &
Governance, Licensing Services. Unit 1, Hurst Business Park,
Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF, not later than 28 days
after the date of the application, this being Tuesday 9th
September 2025, stating the general grounds for objection.
