What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Amber Taverns has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Big Window, 13/17 Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 1HG.
The proposed application is as follows:-
To extend the terminal hour for the sale and
consumption of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment Thursdays until 01:30; Fridays and Saturdays until 02:30; Bank holiday Sundays until 02:30:
Opening hours an additional half hour
