Lostock Road - Application For A Variation To The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003, VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that on 07/08/25 Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Trafford Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Nag’s Head, 1 Lostock Road, Urmston, M41 0SU.
The proposed variation seeks to:
Extend the hours for the sale of Alcohol and Live & Recorded Music on Friday and Saturday only to 02:00.
Extend the times that the premises is open to the public on Friday and Saturday only to 02:30.
Bring the hours for the sale of alcohol and opening on Sundays in line with those for Monday through to Thursday Correct the listed opening hours to be in line with the existing hours for sale of alcohol.
Alterations to the Non-Standard Timings/Seasonal Variations.
Modernise the conditions of the licence.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
