What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is hereby given that MISS SERAP YUMAK having applied for a premises licence in respect of premises known as ELIF FOOD CENTRE, 51 HIGH STREET, HODDESDON, EN11 5TQ 

The application is as follows: TO PERMIT SALE OF ALCOHOL 
SALE OF ALCOHOL: MONDAY - SUNDAY 06.00-00.00 
OPENING HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 06.00-00.00

The application was lodged with the Council on 6 August 2025 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by 2 September 2025 

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. 

A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
