What is proposed?

Public Notice for Licensing Application 

Notice is hereby given that K&I SERVICE & INVESTMENT LIMITED T/A ROXY'S CAFE of 42 London Street, Southport PR90TJ has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence.

The playing of recorded music and supply of alcohol proposed to be carried or from the premises are set out as follows: Monday to Friday 08.00 to 20.00 Saturday and Sunday 09.00 to 20.00. 

The publication can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council's website at www.sefton.gov.uk 

Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority,
Sefton MBC, Magdalen House , 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation ,no later than 28/08/2025 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
