What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Gloucester City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Avenue at 227 Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5TH.

The application includes the following terms:- Variation to increase the licensed area to include external areas of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Gloucester City Council, Environmental Health, Herbert Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester, GL1 2EQ.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 29 August 2025 (www.gloucester.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
