APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A
PREMISES LICENCE
We, Daniel Thwaites PLC, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE
that an application to vary a Premises Licence has
been submitted to Bolsover District Council in
relation to premises known as the Nags Head
Hotel and situate at North Road, Clowne,
Chesterfield, S43 4JH. A brief description of the
proposed variation being as follows: amending the
plans, replacing the Challenge 21 condition with
the Challenge 25, amending the opening times on
Friday to 09.00 – 01.30 and the hours for the sale
of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 10.00-00.00 and
Friday and Saturdays 10.00-01.00.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 29th
August 2025 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
