MINOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that on 07 August 25 Craft Union
Pub Company Ltd applied to Calderdale Metropolitan
Borough Council for a full variation of the Premises
Licence in respect of premises Lewins, 22-26 Bull Green,
Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 5AB. The proposed variation
is:- Extend hours for Supply of Alcohol on Friday, Saturday
– 10:00-03:00 and Sunday – 10:00 – 01:00. Extend
Opening Hours on Friday and Saturday from 10:00-03:30
and Sunday – 10:00-01:30. Extend hours for Exhibition of
a Film on Sunday from 10:00-01:00. Extend hours for
Indoor Sports Events on Sunday from 10:00-01:00. Extend
hours for Performance of Live Music on Friday and
Saturday 10:00-01:00. Extend hours for Late Night
refreshments on Friday, Saturday from 23:00-03:00 and
Sunday to Thursday from 23:00-01:00. Amendment of the
Non-Standard timings add an addition 1 hour. Any person
wishing to make representations regarding this application
may do so by writing by Calderdale Metropolitan Borough

no later then 04 September 25
stating the grounds of the representation. A copy of the full
application can be viewed by arrangement with the
Licensing Authority.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
