What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of Shropshire Council to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd (formerly Shrewsbury Club) at Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 4RG.

The application includes the following terms: 1. To approve changes to the layout of the premises and the internal and external licensed footprints as per the drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority; 2. To advance the opening hours for non-licensable activities to 06:00 daily; 3.To expand regulated entertainment to include performance of dance 07:00 to 01:00 daily; 4.To remove and replace all current conditions as particularised in the application.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
