What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by The Southern Co-operative
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Chichester District
Council for a Premises Licence for the Co-op, 2-3
Shopwyke Park, Longacres Way, Chichester, PO20 2GW.
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for
consumption off the premises between 0600 and midnight
each day. Full details of the Application can be viewed at
the offices of the Licensing Authority at Chichester District
Council, East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester, West
Sussex, PO19 1TY. A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 4th September

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
