What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE

Buxton Brewery Ltd hereby confirms by way of
notice that they have applied to High Peak Borough
Council for a Variation Application of a Premises
Licence in respect of the premises known as:-
Trackside, Staden Business Park, Staden Lane
Buxton, SK17 9RZ.
Licensable activities applied for:-
• To add the upper floor and bar to the Current
Premises Licence
• To append an amended plan to the current
licence for the ground floor to co-corporate a stage
A Register is held at High Peak Borough Council
containing information of all applications under the
Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected (by
appointment) at the offices of High Peak Borough
Council, Buxton Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL
between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 13.00 p.m.
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or

responsible authority or any other person may
make representations in writing to High Peak
Borough Council Licensing Team by 28 August
2025.
WARNING: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with this
