What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE OF APPLICATION to Kirklees Council for the
grant of a premises licence by NK Events Ltd in respect of
Level, 47–49 Station Road, Batley WF17 5SU to allow the
Sale by Retail of Alcohol & Regulated Entertainment
(films, plays, dance, live & recorded music) 0900–0330hrs
Monday to Saturday 0900–0200hrs Sunday & Late Night
Refreshment 2300–0330hrs Mon to Sat and 2300-0200hrs
Sunday. A copy of the application can be viewed at
the Licensing Office (address below) or online at
www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.
Interested parties and
responsible authorities may make representations regarding
the application where they believe that the proposed
activities would undermine any of the four licensing
objectives. Any representations must be submitted in
writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint
Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email
by 1 September 2025. Any
person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so
at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and on
summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
