Application for a New Premises Licence 

I Murat Dogan Of Redmoon Café & Bistro, 203 High Street, Dorking RH4 1RU. 

I have submitted an application for the new premises licence to Mole Valley District Council, Licensing Team, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ. The record of the application may be inspected at this address during normal office hours or can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk 

Details of New Premises Licence to Supply of alcohol consumption of on and off the premises from Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:30, Live music and recorded music from Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 22:30. Opening hours of the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00. 

Written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 03/09/2025 such representation shall be made in writing to the Licensing Team or by e-mailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
