What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a new premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows as detailed below:-

Name of applicant(s): MUNCHIIES LTD

Address of premises: 18 CARLTON PLACE, SO15 2DY

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

To permit the sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) between 11:00 and 05:00 Monday to Sunday

The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of

(a) Any playing of recorded music between 11:00 and 05:00 Monday to Sunday.

(b) Anything similar to recorded music, live music or dance between 11:00 and 01:00 Monday to Sunday The provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 and 05:00 Monday to Sunday

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 0900 and 1200 or between 1400 and 1600 Mondays to Fridays or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton So14 7LY, via Public Access www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between 22 July 2025 and 19 August 2025.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence person is liable to a fine.
