Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Dominus Monument Hotel Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at The Derby London City Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, 5-10 Great Tower Street, London, EC3R 5DJ.

The licensable activities are the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday to Sunday between 08:00 – 01:00 (no time restriction to apply to residents or their bona fide guests), the Provision of Late Night Refreshment between Monday to Sunday between 23:00 – 01:00, the provision of regulated entertainment including films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description Monday to Sunday between 08:00 – 01:00. Conditions will apply.
