LICENSING ACT 2003 

We A.Ron's Security Ltd give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Venue, St Merryn Holiday Park, St Merryn, Padstow, PL28 8QA. 

The application is to : Sale of alcohol Regulated Entertainment Late Night Refreshment A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 27 August 2025. 

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
