What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for a variation to a premises licence under the above Act on 6th August 2025 and will commence consultation on the 7th August 2025.
Applicant: M & M Family 4 Limited. Address of premises: Witton Lodge Convenience Store, 319 Witton Lodge Road, Birmingham, B23 5LY.
Proposed variation to the licensable activities:
Additional hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Provision of late night refreshment (LNR).
New shop floor layout.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day.
Alcohol sales 06.00 to 24.00 hours.
LNR 23.00 to 24.00 hours.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 working days of the date of this notice – by the 3rd September 2025. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
