The applicant proposes to vary the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises/club premises as follows: This application is for a variation to layout in relation to the retail areas the Motorway Service Area, namely to add a second retail area for the sale of alcohol from 08.00 until 23.00 daily.
