What is proposed?

Application for a Variation to the Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain Limited has applied to the London Borough of Ealing for a Variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl, 90-94 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, W7 3SU. The proposed variation is to:

1. Update the layout plan attached to the licence as the store is being extended into the next-door unit.

2. Replace the opening hours and permitted hours on Good Friday and Christmas Day with 08:00 to 23:00, removing any associated embedded conditions

3. Inclusion of a seasonal variation:
The month of December – Monday – Sunday - 07:00 – 23:00; The weeks before and after Easter Weekend – Monday – Sunday - 07:00 – 23:00

4. Additional conditions offered to promote the licensing objectives

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 02/09/2025. 

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_ street_trading.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited. 

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address. Anonymous representations will not be accepted.
