LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that MSA (UK) Limited has submitted a premises licence application to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
The application is for a variation for the premises known as 1 Russell Gardens, London, W14 8EZ. The application proposes to authorise the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and amend the condition on signage.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX no later than 28/08/2025. The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.rbkc.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited. NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm).
Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person.
