What is proposed?

We The Heavitree Brewery PLC give notice that we have applied to Teignbridge Council as Licensing Authority for variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Ley Arms, Kenn, Exeter, Devon, EX6 7UW.
The application is to: Amend the licensing hours to serve alcohol from 08:00 on each day of the week (currently 11:00).
Amend the hours open to the public to open from 06:00 on each day of the week (currently 11:00).
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon,TQ12 4XX or email licensing@ teignbridge.gov.uk not later than 29 September 2025.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
