Licensing Act 2003 - Application for A Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by The Boatshed Charity (Mablethorpe Carnival & Community Events) to East Lindsey District Council in respect of an event known as the Mablethorpe Carnival 2025 taking place on the following areas of Mablethorpe:
Between the Junction of George Street & High Street up to the Junction of High Street & Quebec Road and part of Victoria Road, Mablethorpe.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as follows: Regulated Entertainment - 1000 to 2100 Hours
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 26 August 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
