El Bigote Limited (trading as Zerdo), Unit EK07, Ely Court, Royal Victoria Place, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2SP, applies for a premises licence to permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Mon-Sat 09:00-21:30 and Sun 10:30-21:30.
The record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Town Hall, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1RS, during normal office hours or online at www.tunbridgewells.gov.uk/licensing Representations must be made in writing by 7 September 2025 to Licensing Partnership, Sevenoaks District Council, PO Box 182, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1GP, or by email to licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with this application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
