Prince Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea - Application to Vary a Premises Licence

What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Sydney Estate Agent Ltd have applied to vary the premises licence at 290 Prince Avenue, Westcliff on Sea SS0 0NF to allow alcohol sales (for consumption off the premises) 6am to 11pm daily, and update the licence conditions. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations by 27/8/25 to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or by email to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application may be inspected at the Council’s office address as above Mon-Fri between 10am–4pm, or on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
