What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Cambridge City Council on 6 August 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop, 15 Petty Cury, Cambridge CB2 3NE.

For the provision of:

(1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Thurs 11:00 to midnight, Fri-Sat 11.00 to 00.30

(2) late night refreshment: Sun-Thurs 23:00 to midnight, Fri-Sat 23:00 to 00.30

(3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 3 September 2025 to: Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge, CB1 0JH or via the online Licensing

Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
