South Street, Caistor - Applivation To Vary The Premises Licence

What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Trust Inns Limited to the Licensing Authority of West Lindsey District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the White Hart at 21 South Street, Caistor, Lincolnshire, LN7 6UB.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To advance the opening hour of the premises to 11:00 hours every Sunday (currently 12:00 hours).

2. To advance the commencement hour for sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises to 11:00 hours every Sunday (currently 12:00 hours).

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall`s Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only).

A representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to Licensing Team at the above address by 2nd September 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
