NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that We:- Lumley Castle Limited, applied to Durham County Council on 4th August 2025 for the variation of Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Lumley Castle Hotel, Nr Great Lumley, Chester -Le-Street, DH3 4NX to permit the following licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol and consumption On the premises in the grounds of the hotel between the hours of 12.00 midday until 22.00pm on Monday to Sunday and the showing of Films in the grounds of the hotel between the hours of 12.00 midday until 21.30pm on Monday to Sunday.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
