We: The Heavitree Brewery PLC do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Teignbridge District Council for a new Premises Licence at: The Globe, Fore Street, Chudleigh, TQ13 0HT and to be known as The Globe. The application is to: Include the bottom garden as a beer garden. Include a snug area inside the premises. With the addition of live music and provision of anything of a similar description. Opening hours remain as per the existing licence: 10:00 – 00:30 Sunday to Thursday 10:00 – 01:00 Friday and Saturday.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot. TQ12 4XX not later than: Monday 8th September 2025 Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.teignbridge.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
