What is proposed?

Fani Stores Limited hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-onTees Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Fani Vapes, 49-51 Yarm Lane, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3DY.
The application is for the sale of alcohol off the premises between the hours of 09:00 and 22:30 daily.
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make a representation on this application must do so in writing no later than 4th September 2025, addressed to:
The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ.
Please note that it is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
A record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or on the Council’s website.
