Notice of application to VARY a premises License  

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op, 135-137 Withington Road, Manchester M16 8EE when supply of alcohol may take place from 08:00-22:00 Mon-Sat and 10:00-16:00 Sun to 07:00-22:00 Mon-Sun. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester M60 2LA by 29 August 2025. 

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at Council Offices by appointment only For further details email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
